Experience
Prior to founding Perspective in 2015, Alec was Vice President, Marketing for Utz Quality Foods where she was responsible for brand image, packaging and placement, new product development and marketing. Previously she held senior positions, including President and VP, at global advertising agencies in New York, Baltimore and Philadelphia, delivering business and marketing strategies, product and packaging development and marketing campaigns for clients including Tylenol, Mead Johnson Nutritionals, Con Agra Foods, NutriSystem, Carlsberg Beer, Giant Foods, The Islands of the Bahamas and Renaissance Hotels.
A Johns Hopkins graduate, she has been a guest lecturer at Rutgers, Temple and the Johns Hopkins University and was featured in the Top 40 under 40 for marketing, as well as a Top Food Marketing Executive in Food Trade News.
